Co-occurring Intensive Outpatient (Co-IOP), Ages 10-20

This program provides advanced care coordination, crisis response, peer support services, and a responsive therapeutic approach to meeting children, adolescents, and young adults where they are at. We utilize a harm reduction model to engage and serve the region’s “hardest to serve.” [Learn More]

LifePoint (Age 17.5-20)

LifePoint offers comprehensive transition programming to support young adults in their pursuits of wellness and independent community-based living. LifePoint serves community members, with private insurance, Medicaid, and youth in Extended Foster Program. Excelsior has a unique approach to transitioning young adults to age-appropriate responsibilities and the adult system of care, both of which minimize the future need for intensive stabilization services by providing basic necessities, care coordination, education, and work-readiness opportunities. Day Treatment, (Ages 10-17)

Day Treatment is a program providing services to children and adolescents in a milieu setting to help individuals learn social and coping skills. Typically scheduled 3 hours per day, 5 times a week, Excelsior Day Treatment provides innovative therapeutic recreation including an on-site Challenge Course with zip line.


WISe+ Services, (Birth -20)

WISe+ meets the needs of individuals up to 21 years of age with complex behavioral health concerns who could benefit from a high higher level of care or are at risk of out of home placement. Individuals are helped by a Care Coordinator, Family or Youth Partner,  Mental Health Clinician, Community Response Specialist, and/or a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. [Learn More]

Financial Assistance and Patient Advocacy

We accept most major medical insurances including Medicaid, provide applications for reduced service fees, and never turn away individuals for their inability to pay.  We can process debit, credit, and Health Savings Account payments.
